Huntington Industrial Partners Buys Southside Distribution Center, a 191,200 Square Foot Facility near Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta

Huntington Industrial Partners today announced it bought Southside Distribution Center at 3645-3655 Southside Industrial Pkwy in Atlanta, Georgia.  Southside Distribution Center, a 191,200 square foot industrial project built in 1995, is located 3 miles east of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The anchor tenant in the project is Huddle House, operating their national distribution center there. Colliers Dennis Mitchell and Matt Wirth represented the seller, Highwoods Properties.

This property is consistent with Huntington strategy of purchasing institutional quality assets in key industrial markets at a discount to replacement cost.

Southside Distribution Center will be leased by Doug Smith and Tanner Hicklin of Seefried Properties.
