Huntington Industrial Partners Buys 378,000 Square Foot Facility in DFW

Huntington Industrial Partners today anounced it bought 650 S. Royal Lane in Coppell, Texas, 650 S. Royal Lane, a 378,000 square foot industrial building built in 1995, is located ten minutes north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Huntington will lease the space Craftmade International. Transwesterns Bill de la Chapelle, John Fulton and Sharon Morrison represented the seller, CM Real Estate, LLC, a Texas limited liability company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Craftmade International.

This property is consistent with Huntington strategy of purchasing institutional quality assets in key industrial markets at a discount to replacement cost.

Craftmade International utilized the capital markets to propel company growth and create value for its shareholders in this transaction, said Bill de la Chapelle, Senior Vice President, Transwesterns Dallas Industrial Group.
